She was predeceased by : her parents, Kieran Aspell and Margaret Aspell; and her siblings, Frank, Kevin, Vera Aspell, Betty Beaumont and Rita Henry.

She is survived by : her spouse Niall Rice; her children, Fiona Rice (Laura), Derek Rice (Catherine) and Siobhan Thompson (Dwayne); and her grandchildren, Sean, Kelly, Ryan, Owen Thompson and Julia Rice.
