She is survived by : her husband William Ronald "Ron" Kulikowski; her children, Bill Kulikowski (Teri), Tom Kulikowski (Julie) and Jenny Mous (Bill); her grandchildren, Billy (Carey), Amanda (Shawn), Jessica (Ryan), Erin (Zack), Ryan (Kennedi), Doug, Mark, Kristie and Jake; and her siblings, Bill Semple (Linda) and Kathy Babineau. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.

If desired, memorial donations to McNally House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
