He was predeceased by: his parents, Pieter and Helena; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Ana Mae Lara Pena; his child Pieter; his siblings, Andrew (Marie), Lisa Bohnert (Ken) and Veronica Shea (Steve); and his aunts, Margaret and Aggie. He is also survived by Cousins, Friends.
