He was predeceased by: his father Keith Bennett. He is survived by: his mother Susan Dodgson; his siblings, Jacqui van der Beek, Steve Bennett, Sylvia Bennett and Lorraine Bennett; his stepfather Dave Dodgson; and his stepbrothers, Mark Dodgson, Ross Dodgson, Scott Dodgson and Ian Dodgson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
