He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Sergejew and Jenny Sergejew (Sorbara); his father-in-law Stanley Boyd; his significant other Irene; his children, Kyla, Megan Sergejew (Alec) and Greg Elliott (Katie); his siblings, Tina Einsmann (Kevin), Frank (Joanne), Peter, Walter Jr. Adored "Pop", Matthew and Madison; his siblings-in-law, Janice, Jerry and Jeannie (Mike); his siblings' children, Micala, Cody (Brittni), Nicolas (Chloe), Drake, Shanelle, Jessica (Nolan), Kody, KeeRa, Jase, Miranda (Jonathan), Kyle, Keltie and Kallen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaidyn and Maddox; his close friends, Peter and Jodi Gemin; Ryan and Rachel.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H4P3). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Parish (45 Victoria Rd N, Guelph, ON N1E5G9). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Marymount Cemetery (5400 Hwy 6, Ariss, ON N0B1B0). A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H4P3).
