He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hayhoe and Louise; and his sister Ann. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his grandchildren, Amy Binning, Cecily Binning, Caleb J Hayhoe III and Luke Hayhoe; and his siblings, Mary Ellen and Edward.
