Cecilia Irene Hummel Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Bernard Hummel. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Kreutzer (Ron), Tom Hummel (Judy), Jim Hummel (Val), Mark Hummel (Connie), Mary Dawson (Carl) and Andy Hummel; her grandchildren, Cheryl, Peter, Adam, Trevor, Kimberly, Collin, Cassandra, Crystal, Steven, Jarrett, Dylan and Luke; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Zayden, Keegan, Kendall, Grae, Connor, Kinsley, Kira, Kane, Charlotte and Abigale; and her sister Evelyn Burton (John).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home (1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (1355 Maryhill Rd, Maryhill, ON N0B2B0). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at the St. Boniface Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, The Society of the Little Flower — a charity close to her heart and reflective of her lifelong devotion to St. Thérèse of Lisieux and her mission of love and service.
