Colleen Frances Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen Frances (Guelph, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Lawler and Aileen Lawler; and her siblings, Bernie Lawler Maryann Lawler (late Kathy) and Peggy Lawler Sinclair. She is survived by: her husband Brian DeBoer; her children, Derek DeBoer (Emilie), Rebekah Vettor (Josh), Martha DeBoer (Sara) and Laura DeBoer (Mark); her grandchildren, Scott, Fiona, Sophie, Scarlett, Cecilia and Malcolm; her brothers, Chuck Lawler (Linda) and Patrick Lawler (Joyce); Mel Lawler. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4P3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4P3). A committal service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Marymount Cemetery (5400 Hwy 6, Ariss, ON N0B1B0). A reception will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4P3).
