She was predeceased by: her spouse Kimberley Allen Perkins; and her siblings, Guy, Sue and Mark. She is survived by: her children, Bradon Gougeon (Amy Shortt) and Brett Gougeon (Sara); her grandchildren, Marcuz, Ayden and Jaxson; her sister Faye van Dyck (Bob); and her friend Sharon Campbell.
