He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoni Flisak and Genevieve Flisak (Jennie); and his brother Richard Flisak. He is survived by: his siblings, Lawrence Flisak, Ron Flisak and Irene Rhude; his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Alicia, Michelle and Melynda; and his son Gregory Jay.
