She was predeceased by: her parents, George McAlpine and Isobel McAlpine; and her brothers, Murray (Betty), Bob (Grace) and Donald.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Williams (Jeff) and Pamela Shaver (Paul); her grandchildren, Ethan, Bella, Alex, Dylan and Jesse; and her sister-in-law Joan McAlpine.
