Elizabeth Ann Geddes Obituary

We bid farewell to Elizabeth Ann Geddes (Guelph, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Elizabeth Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Girodat and Charles Girodat; her grandson Brayden; her husband Richard Roy Geddes; and her sisters, Lenora, Ellen, Denise and Marilyn.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Orpana (Jennifer) and Kirsten Orpana; her grandchildren, Devyn and Owen; her brother Joe Girodat; and her stepchildren, Mary Lynne (Randy) and Bruce. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

As expressions of sympathy, donations directed to the Wellington Terrace Long Term Care would be appreciated by the family.
