He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Enid and George Lawrence; his grandparents, Debbie Reeve and Carl Benson; and his uncle William Anderson.

He is survived by : his parents, Bruce Benson and April Hewitt; his grandparents, Bill, Lorraine Anderson, John Reeve, Jackie, Calvin Hewitt and Frances Benson; and his siblings, Jordan, Matthew, Nicholas, Aundre, Aaron and Adria. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
