He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Keith; his granddaughter Trisha Keith; his parents, Dorothy Keith and Harold Keith; and his siblings, Venning, Leon, Gene (Janice), Blanche Keith, Eva Corey and Vera Keirstead.

He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Keith of Whistler, BC and Mark Keith of Niagara Falls, ON; his stepdaughters, Sandra Emerson (Stephen) of Burlington, ON and Karen Hodson (Stephen) of Oakville; his siblings, Harold (Faith), Jim, Ruby Hicks and Hattie Marie Perry (Clark); and his wife Kitty Sloan (Olive). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
