He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Stevens and Reta Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Laura Clark-Stevens; his daughter Leah (Erik); his grandsons, Noah and Caleb; his stepchildren, Christopher Clark (Karen) and Jessica Clark Barrow (Jeffery); and his grandchildren, Hayden, Renae, Emma and Ben.
