Giulia De Santis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025, at the age of 89, Giulia De Santis (Guelph, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Guido De Santis; her child Maurizio; and also, Luigi (Lina) and Giustino. She is survived by: her children, Anita (Frank) and Alfredo (Catherine); her grandchildren, Emily (Andrew), Ida (Adrian), David (Collette), Roberto (Laura), Tiana, Anthony (Guido), Michela, Isabella, Matteo, Alessa, Maximo, Jack, Ariana, Caleb and Emma; her sister-in-law Velia; and her brothers, Nicola (Maria), Victorio (Sofia), Alberto (Fernanda) and Leondino (Pina). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate (28 Norfolk St, Guelph, ON N1H4H8). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at the Marymount Cemetery (5400 Hwy 6, Ariss, ON N0B1B0).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory Giulia may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation.
