Harold Wright Quinn Obituary

We announce the death of Harold Wright Quinn (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 96. Harold will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Castle Anderson Quinn and Helen Florence Kerr of Harold. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Joan Blimke of Chalk River; his son Bruce (Eunice Onuki); his grandchildren, Robert (Lisa), James (Colleen), Grayden (Karlee), Jessica, Mason and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Adam, Castle and Lauren. He is also survived by several cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Village (32 Bayberry Dr, Guelph, ON N1G0C9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.

Finally, Harold was a quiet philanthropist, founding The Quinn Family Foundation to support local and national charities associated with healthcare, healthcare research, community social assistance, and the arts.
