He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Antonella (Nina); his sons, Noah (Anna) and Joshua (Allison); his mother Sandra; his siblings, Ed Berry (Jennifer) and Katie Rankin (JJ); his father-in-law Giuseppe Anastasio; his siblings-in-law, Maria Johnston, Marcello Anastasio and Patrizia Pyper (Greg); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Natalie), Clare (Rob), Megan (James), Emily (Tanner), Ava, Ryan, Austin, Andrew, Lauren and Desmond.
In lieu of flowers, and if so desired, a donation to a charity of your choosing in Jay's memory is sincerely appreciated. The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids Foundation) was close to Jay's heart.
