We are sad to announce that, on September 7, 2019 we had to say goodbye to James Dziepak (Guelph, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeff Dziepak and Jan Dziepak; his sibling Lauren; his grandparents, Carol Snider, Sammy Makhoul, Corky and Stan Dziepak; his aunts and uncles, Jeff (Tracey), Elias, Trish (Gerry) and Marty (Prudie); and his cousins, Braydon, Callie, Jessica, Alexis and Mikayla.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
