He was predeceased by: his wife Kimberley (Woodworth); his in-law Kyle Woodworth; his father-in-law Ray Woodworth; and his parents, James Baker and Kathleen Baker.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Ruby Woodworth; his in-laws, Karen, Stan Jones, Kevin Woodworth, Verna Dobson, Karmelle, Jim Taylor, Montrose Graham, Kathryn Woodworth, Peter Jones, Kristy and Dan Clarke; and his siblings, Steve and Lynn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
