He was predeceased by : his parents, Dave Sr. and Marlene; his sibling Ashlee; and his in-laws, Arcangelo and Rita.

He is survived by : his wife Anna (Tonin); his children, Jack, Grace and Liam; his sibling Shawn (Lauren); his nieces and nephews, Cole, Sydney, Nadia and Jorgia; his siblings-in-law, David (Heidi), Barbara (Paul), Susan (Karen) and Marco (Leslie); and his nephew David.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, or Charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
