He was predeceased by: his parents, Errol FitzGibbon and Arleen FitzGibbon; and his siblings, Ruth Gladstone and James FitzGibbon. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl FitzGibbon; his son John Robert FitzGibbon; his siblings-in-law, Linda FitzGibbon, Vickie Derouville, Marie Mann, Bill and Rob Mann; and his daughter-in-law Allison Fairbairn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
