He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Annette; his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Lynda; and his son-in-law David.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Fleming; his children, Nadene, Janice and Carrie (Tiago); his grandchildren, Samantha (Kevin), Tatiana, Ricardo, Kyle, Leah and Jaxon; his siblings, Carole (Ray), Robert, Thomas (Dorothy) and Christopher (Joan); and his in-laws, Susan, Bob (Miriam) and Terry (Hermina). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Guelph Line (1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7P2S7). A prayer was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (287 Plains Rd E, Burlington, ON L7T2C7).
