He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Griffin (Higgins); his parents, Tom and Mary; and his siblings, Bette Gallagher (Bill), Frank (Eileen), Tom (Ann), Mary Massel (Keith) and Catherine Kelly (Ray).
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Higgins (Carol Ann) and Lawrence (Larry); his grandchildren, Heather Patel (Ronak), Patrick Higgins (Sarah), Brendan Higgins (Shannon), Griffin Lacey (Hayley) and Courtney McPhee (Tyler); and his siblings, John (Diane) and Margaret O'Hara (late Gerald).
Donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, (St. Joseph's Church) or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
