Luigi Gatto Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luigi Gatto (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Udisio, Severino, Guido, Angelo and Zita.

He is survived by: his spouse Bruna; his children, Paola, Virg (Angela), Dan (Kerry) and Luke (Nicole); his grandchildren, Anthony, Michael, Katherine, Jonathon, Joshua, Bella, Ellysia and Jacob; his stepgrandchildren, Zack, Ryan and Lucas; his sister Antonietta (Corrado); and his sisters-in-law, Luciana and Vittoria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

To attend the Funeral Mass and due to Covid restrictions, guests must register on the funeral home website and also due to the restrictions, his family regrettably inform everyone they cannot have a public reception to celebrate Luigi's life.

If so desired, memorial donations in Luigi's memory made to the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by his family.
