The memory of Luigi Orobono (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grazia Orobono and Filippo Orobono; his wife Assunta; his sons, Filippo and Vincenzo; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Ciara, Olivia, Lukis and Thomas.
He is survived by: his sister Palma Sposato. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H 4P3). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (175 Emma St, Guelph, ON N1E1V6).
Donations directed to the Guelph General Hospital or St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
