He was predeceased by : his parents, Tom O'Brien and Aurize O'Brien; and his siblings, Madeleine (Joe), Colleen (Ken) and Jack (Irma). He is survived by : his sister Mary (late Bill) of Arizona. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great- nephews and great-nieces.
