We are sad to announce that, on January 22, 2022, at the age of 94, Mavis Zuccala (Guelph, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mavis Zuccala to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Givens and Margaret Givens (Mitchell); her husband Ralph Sr.; and her siblings, Leota, Vila, Doris, Eloise, Joyce, Harry, Wilford, Jim, Adelbert and Gilbert.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Rosemarie McIntyre, Ralph and Augustine (Nancy). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID restrictions, guests must RSVP their attendance using the link below this obituary for both the visitations and/or Funeral Service. Masks are mandatory and social distancing will be in place.
