He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack O'Brien and Irma O'Brien; his sister-in-law Lainey; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Watson; his children, Rachel and Claire (Bailey); his stepchild Jamie Voisin (Jake); his former wife Jennifer O'Brien; his brother Tom; and his sister-in-law Jennifer. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
