With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Miroslaw Dziubaltowski (Guelph, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franciszek and Zofia; and his sister Krysia. He is survived by: his wife Jadwiga; his children, Monika (Greg) and Beata; his grandchildren, Jesika (Kyle), Shawn (Erica), Victoria (Ilyas), Marek (Magda), Darek and Jarek; his great grandchildren, Brian and Julia; and his siblings, Maryla (late Janek), Wlodek (Zofia) and Slawek (Lidka). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles, as well as his friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home - Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (98 Alice St, Guelph, ON N1E2Z8).
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations made to the Hospice Wellington would be greatly appreciated by the family.
