We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2025, at the age of 76, Pauline Dorothy Hazelwood (Guelph, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, may Pauline find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John (Irene Cannon) and Pauline. She is survived by: her sons, David (Izzy), Gregory (Julie) and Christopher (Tara); her grandchildren, Jake, Oliver and Evelyn; and her sisters, Barbara and Maureen.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home – Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1G4X9).
