He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ann Ford; his sons, Michael (Trish) and Mark (Brenda); his grandchildren, Carmen, Jeff, John (Jenna), Tyler (Jayme) and Mike; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Paige, Cade, Jadyn, Jordyn, Hailey, Harley, Riley and Ben.
