He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken and Josie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Nathan (Bianka), Nicholas, Tim (Erika), Tessa (Andrew), Pito, Grace, Joseph, Blair, Max and Ben; and his siblings, Susan (Dave), Patti (Rick), Paul (Denise) and Michael (Lois). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
