He was predeceased by: his parents, Andries Zwart and Saakje Zwart; and his son Joshua. He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin (Sumin), William and Derrick; and his siblings, Mike (Sharon), Nina (Gord), Jake (Heather), Jeanette (Steve), Clara (Herman), Alice (Rob), Steve and Philip (Evelyn). He is also survived by nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Harcourt United Church (87 Dean Ave, Guelph, ON N1G1L3).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto General Hospital Transplant Unit or the Guelph General Hospital Intensive Care Unit would be appreciated, as Peter received excellent care at both facilities.
