With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Riccardo Guardiero (Guelph, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Guardiero and Emilia Guardiero; and his siblings, Alfonso, Abelino (Domenica) and Norma (late Giordano Minotto).
He is survived by: his spouse Mirella Guardiero; his sons, Paolo and David; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer (Bowers) and Silvia (Zulli); his grandchildren, Madison, Katherine, Marah and Simon; and his siblings, Massimo (Assunta), Mario (Maria) and Maria (late Lino Simionato).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brombal Funeral Home (1 Delhi St, Guelph, ON N1E4J3). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Parish (409 Paisley Rd, Guelph, ON N1H2R4).
In memory of Carlo, donations to Hamilton Health Sciences or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
