He was predeceased by: his father Leo. He is survived by: his mother Annette of Vette; his wife Jennifer Johnston; his children, Matthew and Anna of Vette-Johnston; his siblings, Jim (Nora), Andy (Joanne), John (Henriette), Dan (Marty) and Linda (Chris); and his nephew Travis. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins from both sides of his family.
