He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Christine Legault; and his parents, Foster Eby and Mary Eby (Mohr). He is survived by: his wife Donna Eby (Legault); his daughters, Lisa (Norm Fish), Amanda (Keith Moreau) and Melissa (Warren Hutton); his siblings, Todd (Ursula), Kim (Lynda), Rene (Sandy), Cindy, Nita (Jim Fergusson), Donn (Nancy), Tawn (Anne), Monty (Sandra) and Kris (Stephanie); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Legault (Paul Fitchett) and Jim Legault (Cindy Hiscock).
