She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Zanardo; her child Luigino (Lou); her siblings, Angela Zago (late Giovanni Zago), Angelo Scroccaro and Vincent Scroccaro; and her siblings-in-law, Ferdinando (Beppi), Luigia Zanardo (Germana), Ricardo Zanardo (late Elda Zanardo) of Italy, Linda Rossi (late Aldo Rossi) of Italy, Bruno Zanardo (late Stella Zanardo) of Italy and Romeo Zanardo (late Libera Zanardo) of Italy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Zanardo and Linda Zanardo (Michael O'Connor); her grandchildren, James Zanardo, Michael (Mickey), Cody Zanardo (Nicole Krueger), Thomas O'Connor (Kayleigh O'Connor), Daniel O'Connor and Elena O'Connor; her siblings, Rachele (Kay), Manera (late Duilio Manera), Maria Dal Bello and Fortunato Dal Bello (Berto); and her sister-in-law Maria Galante (Luigi Galante) of Italy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
