He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son Justin (Elisha); his grandchildren, Isabelle and Frederick; and his siblings, Chris (Jackie), Margaret (Joe) and Rev. Alan. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
