It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kingsley Hughes Sr. of Guelph, Ontario, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine; his children, Tom (Susie), Jeff (Mafie), Greg (Amanda), Mary (Peter) and Sheila; his grandchildren, Whitney, Billy-Jean, Jessica (Jordan), Tommy, Hayden, Lydia, Julia, James, Jasper, Willow and Barrett; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Declan and Madelyn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Guelph Line (1167 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7P2S7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the RattleSnake Point Golf Club (5407 Regional Rd 25, Milton, ON L9T2X5).
