She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Welles; her grandson Caden Guzi; and her parents, Douglas Uberig and Marilyn Uberig (Docken). She is survived by: her children, Jordan McMillin of Chatham, Aleisha, Mark Guzi of Komoka, Tex and Khylene Welles of Guelph; her grandchildren, Connor Guzi, Luka McMillin, Lilith Welles and Madison Schwindt-Welles; and her sibling's children, Jaimi, Tyler, Kyle VanGaalen, Alana and Carly Uberig.

Donations to Parkinson Canada in Tracy's memory would be appreciated by the family.
