He is survived by: his children, Lyndy Edwards, Ian Coats (Laurie), Don Coats (Susanne), Karen Kitching (Jay) and Kathy Coats (Harold); his grandchildren, Lindsay (Iain), Taryn (Austin), Rachael (Brandon), Nicola, Alanna, Pamela (Nick) and Jessica; and his sister-in-law Diane.
