She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Smith and Bill Smith; her sisters, Cheryl and Cathy; her niece Christine (Swayze); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica and Kyle.
She is survived by: her significant other Ernest Thebeault; her pet Piper; her daughters, Jennifer and Alysha Clinton; and her siblings, Len Cardwell (Juanita), Albert Smith and Patricia Pink. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
