He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Isaac and Thelma Dorothy Green (Capton). He is survived by: his wife Wilma Green (Lickers); his sons, Tim, Andy and Corey; his sisters-in-law, Karen, Andrea, Helen Lickers and Linda Lewis; and his cousins, Clara Williams, Vera Capton, Harvey Elliott, Gloria Green and Joan Collins.
