It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Peart (Hagersville, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor Peart to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Peart; her sisters, Bessie Beattie (J. C.) and Kay Fickley (Ted); her siblings-in-law, Marion Peart and Alvin Peart (Anne); and her son-in-law Jeff Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Mullins, Douglas Peart (Mary-Ann) and Susan Elmes (Keith); and her grandchildren, Ian Mullins (Melissa), Kaitlyn Jones (Bill), Spencer Mullins, Jennifer Peart (Charlie Anderson), Heather Cox (Peter), Garret Elmes (Kerry) and Alexander Elmes. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hyde & Mott Chapel of R. H. B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd. (60 Main St S, Hagersville, ON N0A1H0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations to Oneida United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
