He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Charters and Clara Charters; Blake and Ruth Gloyd. He is survived by: his stepmother Marda Charters.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Port Dover Legion.
