He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Joe, Annette Montour, Dave and Wilma Smith. He is survived by : his children, Jeremy (Shay), Hadowas (Shelby), Sofia and Gregory; his granddaughter Ava; his parents, Scott and Kathy; and his sisters, Amy (Pat), Cheri (Marshall) and Kate (Isaiah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his aunts and uncles.
