He is survived by: his wife Janet (Short); his daughters, Cathy and Carolin; his stepchildren, David (Kate), Amy (Greg) and Johnny (Sharon); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Courtney (Jeremy), Tyler, Keely, Ashley (Tim), Kennedy (Chace), Emma (Luke), Becky (Brad), Michael (Sydney), Hannah and Isaac; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Lily, Lane, Brooks, Josie, Eva, Johnny, Maci, Millie and Claire; his brothers, Bob (Gail) and David; and his cousin Gail. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, good friends.

Donations in Jack's memory can be made to the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford or Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice.
