He was predeceased by: his spouse Robin Williams (Longboat); his parents, Joseph Williams and Leona Williams; and his sisters, Linda Longboat and Corrine Williams.

He is survived by: his stepson Timothy Longboat; his sisters, Donna Powless, Valerie Williams, Cheryl Williams and Rebecca Williams; and his cousins, Clanmother Theresa Silversmith and Chief Roger Silversmith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
