He was predeceased by : his father Gordon Herkimer. He is survived by : his wife Tina; his mother Kathleen Herkimer; his sister Tracey Herkimer; his parents-in-law, Linda VanEvery and John VanEvery; and his siblings-in-law, Lenn (Lisa), Christopher (Donna) and Rick (Carrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
